Our staff attends the Wisconsin Land Title Association training courses. Most of the them have already received their WLTA Title Examiner Certificate by attending the fundamental 6 courses held in Wisconsin Dells.

We have several other experienced staff members throughout our locations. Manager, Jodi Bach, attended UW LaCrosse, received paralegal training, worked at 2 area banks, one in a managerial capacity, the other as a mortgage originator. Both roles gave her great experience coming into the company in 2001. Jodi currently oversees all three locations for us.

Office Supervisor, Lisa Holum, has an Associates Degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Records Management. Lisa handles all incoming orders, prepares title commitments and policies, assist the closing department and marketing department. When in doubt .. call Lisa!

Laurie Klinkhammer is our “Veteran Closer.” Laurie has over 20 years of closing experience and it shows! Laurie tackles the bulk of the closing responsibilities for our Dunn County office. Laurie is willing to travel where ever necessary to Seal Your Deal!

Behind the scene in every title company there are the guys or gals who have a very vital role in preparing for a successful real estate transaction. Those people are your researchers. Debra Peterson is our researcher and she does a great job for us. Debra comes from an entrepentural background dealing with several real estate transactions of her own so chances are .. Debra has been there and done that!
